Add a reservation for someone who paid by check, cash, or phone. This is automatically marked as paid (no PayPal needed).

Venue Layout
Drag the colored circles to arrange tables in your venue. This is exactly what guests see on the booking page. Click Save Layout when done — changes are lost if you leave without saving. "Reset Layout" restores the auto-generated grid.
Colors
Customize the look of your public booking page. Tier colors are set in Settings → Pricing Tiers. Click Save Colors then Refresh the preview below to see changes.
Public Preview
Live preview of your public booking page. After saving any changes (layout, colors, settings, or tiers), click Refresh to see the updated result.
Table Config
Set each table's pricing tier, seat count, and style. Lock hides a table from guests (for offline/VIP sales). Banquet shows it as a rectangle instead of a circle. Click Save Table Config when done.
Embed Code
To add the booking page to your website, copy the code below and paste it into an HTML block or Code block on your site (works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.). Click the box to select all, then copy.

Event Banner Image
Optional banner displayed at the top of the booking page. Landscape format recommended (e.g. 1200x400px). Max 2MB — PNG, JPG, GIF, or WebP.
PayPal Payments
Quick start: Just enter your PayPal Business email below and uncheck "Testing mode" — that's all you need to start accepting payments. Guests are redirected to PayPal to pay, then sent back to the booking page.
Optional: Set up automatic payment confirmation (recommended)
Without this, payments still work — but you'll need to click "Mark Paid" on each reservation after confirming payment in PayPal. With IPN set up, reservations are automatically marked as paid the instant a guest completes checkout.
Steps:
- Log in to paypal.com with your business account
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → Seller Tools or Website Payments
- Find "Instant Payment Notifications (IPN)" and click Update
- Paste the IPN URL shown above into the Notification URL field
- Set message delivery to Enabled, then click Save
That's it! PayPal will automatically mark tables as sold when guests pay.
Pricing Tiers
Create pricing levels for your tables (e.g. Platinum, Gold, Silver). Each tier has a price, a color shown on the seating chart, and a logo display size that controls how sponsor logos appear on the public page. Use the arrows to reorder — the first tier appears most prominently.

Admin — full access to everything: events, settings, payments, and user management. Editor — can manage reservations and table layout, but cannot change settings or add users.
